OrderingOnce your order is submitted through our website, we will send you an email confirmation. Please read this email to confirm your shipping address and other details. Contact us immediately if you need to change any information, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject heading "International Order Correction". Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will also receive a shipping notification email with tracking number when your order has shipped.
Taxes and DutiesCheckout with duties and taxes already calculated (no additional fees for dellivery!)
Should you decide to refuse your order for any reason, you are also responsible for the return shipping cost.
All the sizes listed on nicesole.com are US/UK/EUR/JP sizes, unless otherwise specified. Sizes vary according to manufacturer. Click here to find your size in US sizes.
Nicesole.com sends international orders through DHL or EMS Priority Mail . Shipping Free for over 40 countries. Orders are usually received in approximately 3-10 business days to most of countries. You can monitor your package with the provided tracking number. Please click here for shipping details.
We only accept credit card payment for the order amount less than $300.00.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
If you don’t have credit card, or your order is more than 300$, please contact us: email@example.com.
Returns and Exchanges
Please be certain of the size prior to ordering, however, if your product is incorrect or you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service by email:firstname.lastname@example.org for a return. Please note that additional charges may apply for international returns and exchanges because of shipping and/or customs.
For all returns/Exchanges and canceled order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved on sending and returning.
