At nicesole.com, we offer Returns&Exchanges on almost every item we carry, so there's no risk. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Just follow these simple guidelines:
For all Returns/Exchanges and canceled order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved on sending and returning.
1. Returned items must be in new condition.
Nicesole.com will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.
2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.
Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
3. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.
Contact Customer Service for a defective item. nicesole.com will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.
